Betty Munsie is a local musician from Vancouver BC with a strong desire to perform heart-felt songs from the 60's and 70's. Her CD's, clearly reflect this passion.
With her love of music, she played the organ and lead the junior and senior choirs at the age of sixteen. She also studied rhythm, voice and piano for a brief period at the Vancouver Community College school of music. At a summer camp in Ontario she was hired to be their music and drama director.
She took time off to raise her son and contribute to a precious family life... but now she is back into the music scene full time with joy and appreciation.
She has performed at the Wired Monk cafe, Sylvia Hotel, private parties, sunset cruise boats in English bay and various Granville Island venues for 5 years... Her designated performance times can be viewed  each morning on facebook at www.giculturalsociety.org
